After my home flooded he was my first contact in the “house flood” industry. He explained the process, dispatched a team and kept me informed and up to date on the progress with my insurance. He was EXTREMELY prompt in returning calls and answering the millions of questions I asked. He was kind and professional when I was freaking out. I know he has built a team that reflects his values of exceptional customer service, excellence in the work they provide and kindness as a rule.

Caleb came to my house for a free estimate. My neighbor's water pipe broke and flooded into my yard up against my foundation. He inspected the foundation outside and tested the walls inside for moisture. He explained how foundations are built and in my situation I didn't need his services. This is an honest contractor! He could have tried to make a job out of this for himself. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody.
